Dress code is unfair labelling , UAE expats say MBD

The conflict in the article is that the expat wear thing that not accepted in the emirate culture , the problem is that the emirate people thing that the expat don't respect  there culture , the  culture view in the UAE  is honor/shame but , I see it from other way innocence / guilt because they don't know about it , I think that in the airport they need to advice them before they come to the UAE
